GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. A deposit of 50 % is required to confirm your booking the balance is strictly due on day of arrival
2. Failing to cancel 30 days prior or non-arrival will result in deposit being forfeited.
3. Changing of dates and premature departure without prior arrangement would result in no refund.
4. Tariffs are per person sharing , Kids under the age of 12 is charged at half price
5. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.
6. Management reserves the right to re-let bookings not taken by 18h00 on the booked date unless notice of late arrival is given
7. Payment is strictly by means of bank transfer, cash or bank guaranteed cheque.
8. We regret no PETS allowed.
9. Neither the business nor its servants or agents accept liability for personal injury loss or damage which may be sustained by guests or their property during their stay at Mountain View Lodge.
10. Guest are responsible for any damage they may cause to facilities or equipment.
11. Single supplement rates applies.

Meals are available on request and should be addressed prior arrival with management

NOTE: Arrival Times 14h00 Departure Times 10h00

Please note that late departures would be charged for at a rate of half the applicable daily rate.
