Drench yourself at one of two bathing beaches within 10 Km from Mountain View Lodge – Victoria Bay and Herold's Bay.
Enjoy a ride to Oudsthoorn and experience Ostrich Farms, the world-renowned Cango Caves and the unique Cheetah Land. Alternatively drive to some of the most breath taking sites in Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenbergbay and Mossel Bay.
At night try your fortune at the Garden Route Casino in Mossel Bay, 30 minutes drive from the Lodge, or alternatively dine and wine at restaurants within the area (Some of them situated in a natural cave and only accessible by means of steam train) or catch the latest movie release at one of four cinemas in the City. Or do your shopping at the new Garden Route Mall.
Mountain View Lodge offers relaxing days at the pool for their guests and please do not worry about the juniors as there is a playground that would keep them quite amused.
Should you feel to stay in and have a “Braai” (Barbeque) then find that this facility is there for all to enjoy however private facilities could be arranged.
